Like many other businesses affected, we are working with a skeleton staff in the office and other staff working remotely, including those that would normally answer the phone.
Our priority in dealing with clients is to ensure that all deadlines are met in order to avoid fines, interest and penalties.
For this reason we are operating a reduced phone service.
We would ask that clients email wherever possible. In the times when it is not possible to answer the phone, please leave a message with details of reasons for the call.
We will answer emails and telephone calls as soon as we are able, but please bear with us as we have a reduced number of staff, a higher number of calls and still need to meet deadlines.
