The National Minimum Wage is set to rise from tomorrow, 1st April 2020. The National Living Wage, which is the statutory minimum for workers aged 25 and over, will have the biggest increase of 6.2% to £8.72 per hour. National Minimum Wage rates for younger workers will also increase above inflation. Here are the current and new rates: Apprentices Increasing from £3.90 to £4.15 Under 18 Increasing from £4.35 to £4.55 18-20 Increasing from £6.15 to £6.45 21-24 Increasing from £7.70 to £8.20 25 and over Increasing from £8.21 to £8.72 For more information visit: https://www.gov.uk/national-minimum-wage-rates
